Do you get the Monday blues? Put down the caffeine, there’s yoga for that!
Take a break and leave behind some of the distractions of the day and focus instead on your body, mind and breath. You will move, stretch and strengthen enough to feel a difference, and also relax enough to allow for a different approach to the rest of the day. Wear comfortable clothes to get down on your mat, but no shower will be necessary to return to work. All levels are welcome.
