Come celebrate the Summer Solstice with us by practicing 108 Sun Salutations. Think of it as the 5k of yoga! Sun Salutations welcome new intentions and new life for the new season. It is a way to realize that feelings are fleeting, repetition is a way to liberation from the conversations of the mind, and when you are not attached to the results the process of living in the moment becomes a lot easier. Leave this powerful experience finding peace, focus, and a level of satisfaction that is unparalleled in everyday life.
Please bring a towel, water or an electrolyte drink (think Gaterade or coconut water) and remember to eat something light (smoothie, yogurt, applesauce, etc) so you have enough energy. Bananas will be provided afterward. Hope to see you there!
