Love Your Brain Yoga

We have partnered with Love Your Brain for Brain Injury Awareness month to offer a donation-based class to raise awareness and funds! They have a camp, a yoga program, and lots of educational material available to improve the quality of life for people affected by brain injury – see the PA statistics here: http://bit.ly/1BoQScb

Happy Valentine’s Day

What are you doing for Valentine’s Day? Vinyasa at 9 or HOT at 10:30? Bring your Valentine to start the holiday right with The Yoga Quota. Chances are it’s his/her first class, so it’s free! Breathe together, be present together, sweat together, and watch each other’s bodies make shapes you didn’t know they could make 🙂 No one to bring? I’ll be your Valentine.
