Thank you for a wonderful 2 years!

Our doors have closed. You all added such richness to my life as we moved, relaxed, breathed, and discovered together. Thank you for all the positive energy, kind words, and warm spirits. I’m happy to have known you and sad not to see you every week.

Come see me at Golds Gym Linglestown or the Friendship Center. I’m at Golds every Monday morning at 10:20 and every other Tuesday same time, $5 drop-in for nonmembers. I’m at the FCC Tuesday evenings at 5:30, $8 drop-in for nonmembers. Both locations are in the Healthways network.

Studio Closing

The rumors are true – The Yoga Quota studio will be closing at the end of October.
My attention has been taken away from my three young children a little too much over the past two years of this fun adventure, and they are my first priority.

But it’s not October yet!

Summer Schedule starts Monday, New Instructor

Happy Summer!

Please welcome our newest instructor Jill who will be taking the Tuesday 5:30pm Slow Flow class. She is trained in Barre Method and Baptiste Power Vinyasa with trainings in Kripalu and Senior Yoga on the horizon. Try her Slow Flow class designed for all levels.

We have a new Summer Schedule that starts Monday June 13th!

Thank you to everyone who gave feedback on what you would like to see on the summer schedule. It was a very even results pool, so we’re keeping most of the schedule the same, switching some times around a little, and even adding more Hot Yoga!

The biggest change is that we will only have classes every other Saturday, so be sure and put the Saturdays on your schedule that we’ll be here!
